VOLT welcomes Chirin Gharbi and Filippo Graziola in our Business Development team
We are pleased to welcome two new team members to VOLT Infrastructure as we continue to strengthen our Business Development capabilities and support the growth of our project portfolio across Italy.

Filippo Graziola - BD Support & Marketing Assistant
Chirin Gharbi joins VOLT as Land Acquisition Manager
With a background in urban planning and several years of experience across land acquisition, negotiations and permitting, Chirin brings valuable expertise in renewable energy project development. Her multidisciplinary experience allows her to assess opportunities from multiple perspectives and support projects throughout the early stages of development.
In her role, Chirin will support land origination activities and help identify, evaluate and secure new opportunities for our growing pipeline across Italy.
Outside of work, Chirin is a passionate motorbike enthusiast who enjoys exploring new roads and destinations.
Filippo Graziola joins VOLT as Business Development Support & Marketing Assistant.
Holding a master’s degree in Marketing and Customer Engagement, Filippo brings experience in communication, customer acquisition and digital marketing. His role combines support for business development activities with initiatives focused on brand visibility, digital communication and lead generation.
By working across both marketing and business development functions, Filippo contributes to strengthening relationships with stakeholders and supporting VOLT’s growth objectives.
Outside of work, Filippo plays keyboard in an Italian cover band, performing classic songs and cultivating his passion for live music.
