VOLT welcomes Chirin Gharbi and Filippo Graziola in our Business Development team We are pleased to welcome two new team members to VOLT Infrastructure as we continue to strengthen our Business Development capabilities and support the growth of our project portfolio across Italy. Chirin Gharbi – Land Acquisition Manager Filippo Graziola – BD Support & Marketing Assistant Chirin Gharbi joins VOLT as Land Acquisition Manager With a background in urban planning and several years of experience across land acquisition, negotiations and permitting, Chirin brings valuable expertise in renewable energy project development. Her multidisciplinary experience allows her to assess opportunities from multiple perspectives and support projects throughout the early stages of development. In her role, Chirin will support land origination activities and help identify, evaluate and secure new opportunities for our growing pipeline across Italy. Outside of work, Chirin is a passionate motorbike enthusiast who enjoys exploring new roads and destinations. Filippo Graziola joins VOLT as Business Development Support & Marketing Assistant. Holding a master’s degree in Marketing and Customer Engagement, Filippo brings experience in communication, customer acquisition and digital marketing. His role combines support for business development activities with initiatives focused on brand visibility, digital communication and lead generation. By working across both marketing and business development functions, Filippo contributes to strengthening relationships with stakeholders and supporting VOLT’s growth objectives. Outside of work, Filippo plays keyboard in an Italian cover band, performing classic songs and cultivating his passion for live music. Strengthening our Business Development capabilities The addition of Chirin and Filippo further strengthens VOLT’s ability to identify new opportunities, build meaningful relationships and support the continued growth of our development pipeline. VOLT welcomes Gloria Maggi as Portfolio Project Manager VOLT continues to strengthen its team and is pleased to welcome Gloria, who joins the company as Portfolio Project Manager. Gloria Maggi – Portfolio Project Manager at VOLT Gloria brings solid experience in the energy sector, where she has developed strong expertise in project development processes and stakeholder management. As Portfolio Project Manager, Gloria will lead and coordinate the permitting process across VOLT’s project portfolio. Her role will be to ensure that project priorities remain clear, that risks are monitored and managed, and that initiatives progress efficiently. She will also act as a key link between technical teams, external stakeholders and company management. Her background experience will further strengthen VOLT’s ability to manage complex projects and support the growth of our activities. Strengthening our structure As VOLT continues to grow, strengthening our internal structure becomes increasingly important to manage projects efficiently and ensure a solid and reliable development process. Bringing experienced professionals into the team allows us to reinforce our capabilities and support the long-term development of our activities in the renewable energy sector.
